A client wanted to get actionable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) out of the database and weekly reports and into the hands of the team. With TVs already mounted in the branch offices, they needed a quick way to display numbers, graphs, and charts.

We analyzed the reports and the database and put together scripts, queries, and scheduled tasks to extract the indicators.

Working with our client through several iterations of design, we created a dynamic display of live KPIs that tells the story in a way that the week old raw data in the old reports couldn't.

To make it all work, we used a cloud-based dashboard solution that works with any data source and can run automated on a schedule with a data push or pull model.

Not only is the data up to date and accurate, it is actionable. Team members can easily tell if they were meeting or missing their performance goals.
